Economic Development Board Excellent 10 Awards

This year's Excellent 10 Awards - projects selected by the EDB for their positive impact on the Pierce County economy in the previous year - are responsible for millions of dollars of capital investment and thousands of jobs.

The winners are: State Farm, BNY Mellon, Niagara Bottling, Western Institutional Review Board, University Place Town Center, Sumner Distribution Warehouse, Tehaleh Community, TriWest Healthcare Alliance, Point Ruston Condominiums, and the new Holiday Inn Express in Tacoma.
