The Benaroya name has been synonymous with award-winning real estate in the Puget Sound area for more than 60 years. Established in 1956 by Jack Benaroya, The Benaroya Company grew to become the largest warehouse and office developer in the Pacific Northwest. In 1984, Larry Benaroya took over management of the Company.

Since 1995, Benaroya has acquired and/or developed more than 12 million square feet of real estate projects including data centers; medical, retail, industrial, technology and office facilities for a wide range of global and regional companies including industry leaders such as Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, General Services Administration, Kaiser Permanente, Lockheed Martin, Marvell Technology Group, Nintendo, Nordstrom, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Solar World, Swedish Hospital, Verizon, Virginia Mason, Walton Street Investments, and many more.
